Well, how did YOU feel about it? Did you want him to do this? Did you tell him to stop? The fact that you were drunk and he didn't even ask is definetely NOT okay. And you say he's 12 years older? How old are you? If you're a minor and he's an adult, that is statutory and he should be imprisoned for it. If you're both adluts but you feel like he forced himself upon you when you didn't want it, then that is still and you should tell the police before he does this to other girls.
