sounds like a yeast infection! if she has been on an antibiotic this will also cause a yeast infection. we are going through this now with my 14 month old grandaughter. i would suggest for you just like we are doing to take her to her dr and he will prescribe an ointment for the diaper rash that will kill the yeast! also you can give her yogurt. its good for yeast infections!! good luck to ya!!
