Spell casting:Is there something in Hispanic folk magic has to do with cherry pits?

I have been finding cherry pits on my doorstep each day. (I live in an apartment complex.)I think that it may be from a neighbor man of mine who seems to be attracted to me. He's an older gentleman of Hispanic decent and speaks little English.I often practice my high school Spanish on him when we p in the hall. I am sure that I have said nothing more than hello and how are you but now I am getting these cherry pits left on my front step arranged in a triangle. What could it mean???
