Why doesnt are government give the czars a different name?

first off there was FDR who named them dictators. there was the dictator of lumber for example. that name soon became bad so it was changed to czar. is that really any better? czars were evil rulers of russia. why dont they name them something less evil. i mean its obvious that czars in america are wrong. right now are branches answer to each other. obama answers to congress congress answers to legislative so on and so on. and they all answer to us. but czars they answer to no one except the president not even us! but when you have something bad you give it a good name dont you? like the patriot act! i mean why not rename them something like happy face people. who could go against them then? i mean not rush limbaugh not glenn beck no one could say that happy face people are bad.
