Where can I get a budget TV PC?

If it's only going to be used as a media player and you need it to be cheap then you're probably best off looking at second hand computers. Anything with at least a Celeron Dual (not Celeron D or earlier), Pentium Dual (not Pentium D or 4 - too old), Core2Duo, Athlon X2 (not Athlon64) or Phenom X2 processor, at least 2GB of memory and a graphics card with the sockets on it that you need (not too old) should do the trick. The average �300 laptop should be enough for this job too. Look for something with Windows Vista or 7 on it, they're nicer for this job than using XP is.
