What are some of the 'posh' places in England?

Berkshire is considered to be one of the 'posher' places in England, you have areas like Windsor and Henley which are generally well to do. I live in Reading, and although it is looked down on and thought to be a bad place, it has a lot of surrounding villages and suburbs which are very wealthy indeed. Also just to the south, is Hampshire which is also renound for its 'poshness'.
