Rhinoplasty Downpayment Question?

I just got my consultation from a rhinoplasty surgeon. he told me that the cost of the Surgery (with nose job, surgery, anestetics,etc.) at $7,400, and must be paid full before surgery. i'm eager to have it already but i only have $3,500.is there any surgeon that would accept a down payment and then i would pay a chunck monthly.
