My husband has been barred for 10 years, is there someone who can help him to return to us in the USA legally?

A "so-called" immigration lawyer took almost $4000 making us believe that my husband would be penalized for 1 year after paying all the fees, etc. My husband tried to come into the US in 2001 and after making his final attempt within a few days he made it in. He has worked with his name, did his taxes with a INTIN number the gov't gave him, worked at the same job for 8 yrs. and their still waiting for him. We have 2 children and have a long history to us which to me is very beautiful. I will say that my husband should't get off easy as too, getting to come back tomorrow, but I beg someone to help us to reduce his time and let him comeback in a year. This lawyer, Jason Finch, from Omaha, Neb. never stated my husband would be looking for a ten year bar, but would have to go through a 2nd appt. which would allow him into the US after a year in Mexico. Once again he took our money and know admits to knowing but not telling us. Can someone help us please!! Serious answers only. Thank you
