Is it illegal own obtain the shrunken heads or sever heads?

listen you kno those people stuff the deers and dead birds?? well i see it on travel channels shrunken little head of human..we livin the us but where i can obtain little head like this or severed head that is stuff like those dead deers sigh its hard to find i needs it for home decor. i has 6 ferret and 4 snakes and 2 tarantuals in cages. is any of this illegal in the us we lives in that state called New Jersey. i think my husband and me might get divorce he dont like none my pets or decor he want to has 'country homes' with porcelin roosters and crap. geez!!! nobody i know like 'country home style' but him...we been marry half a year:( but anyways thanks for answer this....
