I'm always tired nowadays...?

Since I knew neither of the medications that you were on, I did a little research. I found trimethoprim to be an antibiotic only usually used for about 10 days. Yet, it sounds like you have been prescribed it in the way you state by talking about a week break. Could the condition that you take this medication for have something to do with the tired feeling? Depression can also cause sleepiness or insomnia. However, the fact that you are busy with school all the time would probably be a help with the depression. I would be talking to the doctor and looking toward the condition and reason for the medication. Good luck.
