Do chinese restaurants continue to use MSG even though there may be no sign stating otherwise?

MSG is still widely used, most places do use it unless stated otherwise, if you have an allergy always ask before eating...its not just in meat either its used as a flavor enhancer...most chineese restaurants in the US use it unless stated otherwise
