Can statehood be repealed due to natural disaster?

When global warming causes most of Hawaii and many coastal states to be submerged (especially Lousiana and Florida), at what point would it cease to be a state? I'm aware a US territory needs to have a certain population to be admitted into the union as a state, but if the population becomes too low is statehood repealed?
